By accessing or using PremiumZone (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your password.
All products are digital subscriptions or credentials sold for personal use. Prices are listed in BDT and may change at any time. Once an order is placed, the price at checkout is final. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailable stock).
We accept bKash Send Money as the primary payment method. You agree to provide accurate transaction details. Payments are verified before order delivery; fraudulent or disputed payments may result in immediate order cancellation and account suspension.
Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes of payment verification. Delivery details (login credentials, account info) are sent to the email provided at checkout and made available in your account dashboard. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses you provide.
Each product carries a stated warranty period as listed in its description. The warranty covers unexpected failures (e.g., password changes by the original provider, premature account deactivation). It does not cover misuse, sharing credentials publicly, or violations of the underlying service's terms.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver a working replacement within 24 hours of a valid warranty claim, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
You may not: (a) resell our products without written permission; (b) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to bypass security measures; (d) submit fraudulent payment information; (e) harass our staff or other users; or (f) misrepresent your identity. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending orders.
All content on PremiumZone — including logos, text, graphics, and code — is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it without our written permission. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are a reseller, not an affiliate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremiumZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
